The Last Monarch
Western Monarch butterfly populations have dropped by 95% and are on track for extinction. When the very last one dies, it will be our fault; we have actively caused their decline via insecticide and herbicide use and habitat destruction. We hurt ourselves, losing not only their pollination service but their beauty.
All sales of prints of this piece will be donated to the Xerces Society in support of their efforts to bring back the monarchs.
